This little study was a bit of a cheat as it’s the view from my bedroom window.

Absolutely blessed. I did’t have to hike for miles or stand for hours in freezing temperatures, but as with any Plein air study I did have to be really fast to capture the light and the colours.

The sun rising over frosty fields….Magical!
