This contract is between the Artist or Photographer (‘The Artist’) as named on the membership joining form and Arti Print CIC & 45 Degrees (‘Arti Print CIC’)
After the initial 12-month free membership, ‘The Artist’ agrees to pay a monthly rolling membership fee of £4.99 inc VAT. This membership fee is non-refundable.
‘The Artist’ agrees to sell only their own artwork of which they have created and own full rights to do so.
AI (Artificial Intelligence) generated artwork is not allowed, listing such artwork will result in a warning being issued to your account, if you then try to list further AI-generated artwork your account will be terminated without notice by ‘Arti Print CIC’.
‘The Artist’ agrees not to resell the work of other artists, even if they own the title to it, doing so may lead to legal action from the original artist and ‘Arti Print CIC’. It will also lead to an instant closure of your account on ‘Arti Print CIC’.
Either ‘The Artist’ or ‘Arti Print CIC’ have the right to terminate this agreement by giving one month’s written notice. Should ‘The Artist’ wish to terminate the agreement, the monthly fee of £4.99 is non-refundable. Should ‘Arti Print CIC’ wish to terminate a membership at any point, a full refund of the monthly fee for any remaining days of the current month will be made.
In the unlikely circumstance that you ‘The Artist’ should wish to remove your work from sale with ‘Arti Print CIC’, you may not take the concept and/or any intellectual property of ‘Artistry Print’ and establish a business in competition to ‘Artistry Print’ in any way or form for a minimum of 24 months.
Upon receiving notice from ‘The Artist’ to cancel membership, ‘The Artist’ will automatically be removed from the ‘Artistry Print’ marketplace and any Facebook groups, Forums and marketing materials. On the date of account cancellation, ‘The Artist’s’ membership will cease and any trading of uploaded products, and or any discounts associated with being a member will also cease with immediate effect.
‘The Artist’ agrees to the inclusion of a logo, for ‘Arti Print CIC’, to be displayed on their website and publicised on marketing material and/or social media platforms.
‘The Artist’ agrees to the use of their profile image, profile details, and artwork for the use of advertising ‘Artistry Print’ in printed, and onscreen marketing materials.
‘ The Artist’ shall accept responsibility for the implementation of all promotional offers devised by ‘Artistry Print’ relating to ‘The Artist’s’ uploaded products. This includes offering the promotional offer outlined to consumers who enter that promotion under good faith (including competition giveaways and/or discount codes being used against your artwork(s). If you do not consent to your artwork being included for discount, you can choose to opt-out when agreeing to membership, or by emailing dean@artiprint.co.uk.
In the rare chance of a complaint being made by a purchaser, ‘Arti Print CIC’ will cover the cost of a reprint of your artwork(s) once before a further discussion being taken with ‘The Artist’ should the matter be escalated further by the purchaser.
In the rare chance of a refund request being made by a purchaser, ‘Arti Print CIC’ will refund the purchaser in full and the sale will be marked as refunded in your account, and taken off your account balance.
Payments for artwork(s) sales can be requested 28 days after the sale has been completed.
In the event of nonpayment of membership, Artistry Print will make your account dormant and all images will be removed from sale, and you will be unable to make any sales until your account membership has been renewed.
Both ‘The Artist’ and ‘Arti Print CIC’ shall use their best endeavours to keep all information confidential in accordance with the Fair Processing principle of the Data Protection Act 1998 & General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If ‘The Artist’ raises no queries or enquiry as to the terms & conditions within 7 days of sign up then they will be deemed as accepted, in their entirety by ‘The Artist’.
By continuing to create an account, ‘The Artist’ confirms their membership with ‘Artistry Print’. Any changes to your details (in terms of trading name, studio address, payment details etc.) will not require a new form to be signed unless otherwise required so by ‘Artistry Print’ or ‘The Artist’. Any changes to your account will be deemed as an agreement under the existing details.
Any updates/changes in the Terms of Membership will be advised to all ‘Artistry Print’ members in email form.
