Help, my print arrived damaged, can I get a replacement under the Arti Refund and Returns Policy?…

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@artiprint.co.uk. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to both the print and packaging. This will allow us to process your replacement.

I accidentally damaged my print, does the Refund and Returns Policy cover a replacement print?…

We are afraid we do not offer refunds or exchanges on printed items that have been damaged accidentally or as a result of being altered by the customer after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused during framing, hanging, or cleaning. lastly, we cannot accept returns on prints that have been customized or specifically altered at the customer’s request, unless it has arrived damaged, in which case, a reprint will be issued. Please handle your prints with care upon receipt.
