Artists Bio:

As a child, drawing was my perfect moment of joy, as it is for many children. I still feel that way.

After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples (Italy) and working for 15 years as a set designer in the theatre and cinema, I had an epiphany: I wanted to be an illustrator.
My first book was published in 2005 and since then I have worked for Italian, British and American publishers.
I devote any spare time I have to personal projects, where I can express myself freely. This has earned me a Highly Commended at the World Illustration Awards 2020 and the Purple Island Award at the NAMI Concours 2021. What you see here is part of one of these projects.

I moved to London in 2012 and now live with my husband in a small town on the Thames. I love walking along the river, watching the clouds, the leaves and the people around me, getting lost everywhere. I am quite happy.

Hand drawing, digital art, painting and collage live happily together in my images, driven by my obsession with researching and my endless love of storytelling.
