Artists Bio:
Hello, I’m Nina, a Professional artist and illustrator living in Altrincham, a market town in Cheshire. I graduated in 2009 from John Moores University gaining a B.A.Hons in Illustration.
I love to paint, draw, and experiment with media in my home studio. I’m a lover of colour who enjoys experimenting with surprising palettes and forms. I enjoy using mixed media and occasionally indulge in digital artwork, sometimes combining the two.
My artwork often features elements of pattern and texture, and I frequently include imaginary items or creatures. As a vintage lover, you might notice vintage curios and pots appearing in my still lifes.
I also have a passion for architecture and create illustrations of local landmarks.
I hope you enjoy looking at my artwork as much as I did creating them :)
