Terms and Conditions for Customers Buying printed artwork on Arti Artist Marketplace.

1. General

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern all purchases of printed giclee copies of artwork and photography (the “Prints”) from artists via the online art marketplace Arti (the “Marketplace”). By placing an order for a Print, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Artwork Ownership

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the artwork reproduced on the Prints remain with the artist at all times. The purchase of a Print does not grant you any ownership rights in the artwork itself.

3. Use of Prints

You may use the Prints for personal use, extended to decoration in a commercial property. You are not entitled to reproduce the Prints in any way, including by photocopying, scanning, or digitizing them. You are also not entitled to create derivative works from the Prints or to use the Prints for any commercial purposes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Prints are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Arti Marketplace with respect to your purchase of Prints.
