Title: Kimmeridge Tree Mallows

A view of Kimmeridge Bay on the Purbeck coast of Dorset, as see from the carpark and looking across toward the famous Clavell Tower. At certain times of year there is a beautiful bank of wildflowers, yarrow and tree mallow take turns to dominate.

The beauty of the jurassic coast draws thousands of visitors every year, as a resident of Purbeck, I have been fortunate to enjoy the views at quieter times. I love the elements , the every changing sky and clouds and the wilder areas, still taken by nature’s beauty, when I paint a scene, I try to express a different point of view and not depict the same scenes I see repeated in paintings (albeit different styles of course).

Hello, I'm Marion Spencer from the lovely West Country of England. Recently I have been developing my acrylic paintings and experimenting more with print making but I still enjoy fine drawing and watercolour inks.

I'm inspired by the elemental natural world that surrounds me but also by folklore.
