Title: Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall

I love the wild and rugged scenery of North Wales and spend as much time as i can there. I get a lot of my inspiration from the dramatic scenery and even some of the backgrounds in my fantasy paintings are based on locations in North Wales! This painting of Pistyll Rhaeadr, Britain’s tallest single drop waterfall, is one of a series of waterfall paintings i have done. It is exceptionally detailed and took me many hours to paint (and quite a few cups of tea!).

Artist Bio:

I am a watercolour and ceramic artist based in the West Midlands. I have painted professionally for over 25 years and my biggest inspiration is nature itself. Although I also like to let my imagination run free and paint fantasy and fairytales! Whether it be birds or flowers, unicorns or waterfalls, I am sure will find something that you will fall in love with!
