Title: The Pact

Communication between two unlikely allies.

This, for me, was an unusual one as it turned into something totally different from the intended painting. I think subconscious forces may have been at work here! Globally, we’re in turmoil, this seems to me, a metaphor for communication and hope shining golden in a bleak world.

But then again, you may just like to think of it as a cat and a raven….

Sarah Wheeler lives in the Norfolk countryside. Most of her art is inspired by the animals, birds and plants in this area, combined with an interest in folklore.
