Title: Silver Evening Light

The Peak District landscape stretched ahead in folds of light and shadow to the distant blue hills, and the evening sun emerged beneath the clouds to touch everything with silver.

Artist Bio:

Many of my paintings are of the landscapes around my home in the Peak District; you may see views you recognise if you've ever walked around the Hartington area. Others are from views that have caught my eye when travelling further afield. There are vignettes of plants growing through walls, and even an occasional flower detail. My studio is open on various days through the year, so if you're passing, drop in!
