Title: Coombe Hill 2

One of my favourite views, travelling towards Buxton in the Peak District and looking across the hills, painted rapidly with broad strokes on a suitably moody background. The view changes every time, and I never tire of it; keep an eye on my work and you may see others in different light conditions.

Artist Bio:

Many of my paintings are of the landscapes around my home in the Peak District; you may see views you recognise if you've ever walked around the Hartington area. Others are from views that have caught my eye when travelling further afield. There are vignettes of plants growing through walls, and even an occasional flower detail. My studio is open on various days through the year, so if you're passing, drop in!
