Title: Reach for the Light

It was one of those glow-bright days when the blue is squeezed between the land and the jostling clouds, and the trees, reaching, capture the light in their branches and bask in its glory.

Artist Bio:

Many of my paintings are of the landscapes around my home in the Peak District; you may see views you recognise if you've ever walked around the Hartington area. Others are from views that have caught my eye when travelling further afield. There are vignettes of plants growing through walls, and even an occasional flower detail. My studio is open on various days through the year, so if you're passing, drop in!
